Dr Jackson is my Psychiatrist. I have been seeing him for years. He is the only Psychiatrist who could get my medication in order. I followed him from Apple Valley to his current location. I highly recommend Dr Thomas Jackson to be your Psychiatrist. He is absolutely the best in his career field.
After paying hundreds out of pocket the DR dropped me randomly in the process of trying to get medication to work. Truly a very upsetting experience for both myself, my therapist, and family, as we entrusted him for mental health help. In first appointment, he mentioned how great his reviews are online. I was very optimistic after the first appointment but that quickly turned to feeling devastated in a time of crisis to get pushed out/ given up on like that. Dr Jackson is an amazing doctor who listens to his patients needs and always does his level best to meet those needs in a way that works best for his patients, and his assistant gina is always kind, helpful and quick in getting back to me when i have an issue that needs adressing. Everything is done in a timely fashion and he is always willing to go the extra mile that a lot of other physicians will not. Petra is the most amazing therapist I've had the pleasure to speak with. She really listens to you and cares about you. I love how she makes me feel after every session. I've learned a lot already and I always look forward to the next session we have. She is so easy to talk to and her advice has helped me tremendously!
