This apartment complex has major plumbing issues. The water is turned off multiple times per month from hours to days at a time without prior notice. They increase the rent constantly, they have added a $50 pet rent per month. The on-site manager does not respond to phone calls and messages. I have asked for a copy of my lease for over a year and have received nothing. Well so far I love peace & Quiet the neighbors I met are nice I love the breeze that comes through only problem is not enough storage places to put your stuff but overall it’s very nice to live here but also doing too summer here the air condition unit on the walls need to be replaced the air does not go back into the bedrooms and its HOT in these rooms
