I was lucky enough to work with Bianca and her team at the wedding of one of my high school friends, at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. As a photographer, I work with a lot of planners, and Bianca sets the bar HIGH. Her attention to detail and professionalism were SO appreciated - she made the day run smoothly despite multiple speed bumps and kept all the stress off of the couple. I would hire her for my own wedding and recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch planner!!
Desert Vibe Events did my decor and event planning for out family Christmas party. Bianca is so professional, creative, communicating every step of the way. I couldn't have done this party without her. The entire night was pure magic. The decor was next level and my guests were blown away.
From the moment I got engaged I knew who I wanted on my team for the big day. Bianca and her team were a NECESSITY and truly made planning and day of execution a breeze. I had such an amazing experience with Bianca and her team throughout my whole wedding planning. She is honest and very easy to communicate with. I love that she takes the time to get to you know, and that’s what made the experience so special!
My wife and I hired Bianca as a wedding coordinator and she was a lifesaver for us. She was on top of every detail and gave us great feedback throughout the process, far beyond what we expected from a day-of coordinator. On the day of our wedding there were a few hiccups, none of which were Bianca's fault, but she was able to take care of it all quickly and quietly, including a few things we weren't even aware of until the next day. My wife's only regret was not getting Bianca for full service planning
