My first time here was actually a good experience. Dakota knew what he was doing and understood my problem with my shoulder and explained where my injury was. Hopefully this will correct what's wrong instead of going to a surgeon.
Friendly and helpful staff , the all seem to help you , not just one trainer
The environment is positive and everyone is very helpful. Dr. James is accomodating and attends to your needs. Would not hesitate to recommend.
