Physical Therapy is something I absolutely recommend to everyone that has pain issues! The patient here is my husband. I am just reviewing the process of getting to the location and the paperwork. The address for Green Valley Location says 1701 N Green Valley Pkwy, Suite 8B My suggestion is the address should say 1701 N Green Valley Pkwy, Bldg 8 Ste B. The other suggestion is either do electronic paperwork or physical paperwork. Doing both is irritating, duplicates process and unnecessary!

I am so pleased with the outcome of my postoperative therapy regimen for TMJ (TMD). I feel so much better! The staff is professional, warm and personable. To my physical therapists: I appreciate Shirley, my primary therapist and James so much for developing a structured plan to increase the mobility of my jaw, thereby minimizing pain.
