Urgent care front desk personnel on Sunday evenings are rude and unprofessional. They don't even know what they are doing. If they feel unhappy doing their jobs they should go into a different field.
I have been a patient of Dr Reddy for 10 years. I have always received excellent care, with plenty of time for questions. The staff is such a great group of ladies who have always been helpful with paperwork, refills on meds, and any questions. I would recommend this office for anyone in need of medical care. Thank you for all that you do.
Don’t say your hours are till 8 if you don’t take patients past 7:15
