The doctors and nurses in the emergency room at this hospital are 100% responsible for my grandmothers death. She went in after a mini stroke and was NOT monitored or watched after for several hours. In that time she had suffered a massive stroke and was left alone until a nurse found her unresponsive. They then waited at least an hour (3:30 am) to contact my grandfather for permission to air lift her to Loma Linda Hospital. Went to the ER with my son with chest pain and an EKG from his Dr telling me to take him to the ER. Got there at 4 pm and didn't talk to the Dr. Silva until 3 am. Worst experience ever!! I felt bad for the nurses there because they get the attitude from the patient due to the Drs slacking off. This Hospital is just as bad as Victor Valley. Never again the only good thing this hospital has is Dr. Sanadiki in the urgent care dept. Dr. "Raj" is a highly thorough, efficient doctor who is also very thoughtful and kind. I very highly recommed her
I also had a simular experience with the same doctor. I was NOT told the hospital does not give epidurals during child birth. I found out two weeks before my due date by another patient in the waiting room. I asked her about it and she said that they give a medication through an IV that is the same as an epidural. What a joke, there is no medicine that works like an epidural. Not even close. My baby's umbilical cord was also around her neck and this was a big concern for me. had a horrible experience here with dr zand never listened to me or my concerns my due date was sooner then what she said I told her my ultra sound said a different day and my previous doctor had gave me an ealier date as well but doctor zand said she want to change my date when my baby was born he had his unbilical cord wrapped around his neck and then to top it off my placenta didnt want to come out so the doctor with out tell me suck her hand in me pulling out my placenta i was not on any medication so i felt everything i... read more
I went to this hospital to deliver my baby. I went into distress and this hospital responeded immediatly. They saved me and my baby's life.
