DVD has been picking up our recycling for the last three years here in DHS. Every week we have the recycling bin out before the truck comes. We can see it coming way down the street and have it out in plenty of time. All of sudden, today, they decide not to pick it up because it "wasn't out by 6AM." They couldn't pick it up, but they had time to put a notice on the bin telling me it wasn't there by 6AM! This is totally wrong, inconsiderate and piss poor service.
