My husband was a long time patient of Diede several years ago. I have left four messages with his office staff over 2days requesting a call back and needing some information on a pain stimulator implant in his back before we can get an MRI done. No person ever answers the phone, and no callbacks have been made.
Dr. James Diede is a class act. He takes a personable and caring approach to your ailments, pains and treatments, and you feel like you're with family inside and outside of his practice by both him and his staff.
