Once I got through the extremely busy and crowded emergency room (after arriving by ambulance), I was admitted and received excellent care and attention by the physicians and all of the RN's.
Worst phone service operator and rn running icu won’t give just a common update on your family member and says it’s against hippa. Even Hemet hospital will update you in their status at least. Dint sent your family or friends here as they wi t even talk to you and the Hispanic lady icu for rooms in 3100’s. Will become aggressive and transfer u to only hang up on you
I watched a Guard (Edward G) kick out an old lady who was doing nothing but waiting in reception. This kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE. Do not go here if you expect to wait patiently.
Watched security kick out a confused old lady while she was waiting for patient, she wasnt doing anything but sitting quietly. When she went to ask where to go he got annoyed with her? ya no GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
The nurses deserve 5 stars, this review isn't about them or the doctors. They do just fine and are helpful. They put up with alot and deserve nothing but the best. My biggest gripe is security. Security here is some of the unfriendliest, pushy, confrontational ive had the displeasure of dealing with. I am sure that there are certain patients who warrant this sort of treatment but to put everyone through this lense is uncalled for. Their rapport is so unprofessional. No need to act like a rent a cop, its a hospital.
