I always go to Desert Title in Mesa for my DMV needs. All of the staff at this location are kind, patient, and go above and beyond! We struck gold when Katie called our names for our Travel ID appointment. She had the best attitude - made us laugh and was very patient while we were digging through documents. She went above and beyond the standard customer service experience. I walked out thinking I met a new best friend. 10/10 service, as always! Mary and Katie are simply the best! They are incredibly kind and helpful, provide outstanding service, and are always proficient! Whenever I need something done correctly and efficiently- might I add (they are pros), I seek one of them out and am never disappointed! Sign on door, but not noted anywhere else...closed to the public. Guess i should have gone to the DMV
Any of these third party shops charge extra fees, and they’re 100% worth it. You’ll never sit in line and they do the travel compliant IDs now. Save a headache and take care of business here.
These people took my money for tags that never came and then shuttered the doors never to be heard from again
