Excellent service. Super helpful and friendly!
Didnt know the laws for the license change i was requesting and was extremely rude and demeaning about it. I ended up going to the MVD and spent less time there than here and it costed a lot less as well. $12 at MVD and they wanted $70 here. Skip the scam and just go to the real place for a lot less headache.

I always go to Desert Title in Mesa for my DMV needs. All of the staff at this location are kind, patient, and go above and beyond! We struck gold when Katie called our names for our Travel ID appointment. She had the best attitude - made us laugh and was very patient while we were digging through documents. She went above and beyond the standard customer service experience. I walked out thinking I met a new best friend.
