Do not come here to have your windows tinted. They said it would be fine to tint my whole windshield the same as my front windows. Go to check the NV tint laws, turns out, that's illegal. I go back and tell them they sold me an illegal tint. The guys says he knows it's illegal but cops don't ticket for tint. I don't care if he's never been ticketed. I don't want illegal tint. Mark was helpful and very knowledgeable with all the products they offer! Got me in and out in less than an hr! And all work has a warranty! Amazing place only place I will come for now on for my tint jobs! Thank you guys very much!
Devastated. The staff is genuinely friendly, which actually makes this harder to write. But the technicians in the back clearly lack proper training. I paid for a standard tint on my brand new SUV, expecting basic care, but left with permanent blade marks on the rear windshield and side windows. Because the shop chose not to take responsibility for the damage, the true cost of this visit has become a heavy financial burden. I now have to save up to get the glass fully replaced out of pocket.
