I work overseas so I was not able to be present for any of the process of “turning” my rental house after one tenant moved out. The tenants left the house in terrible condition. I had to rely on Michael for everything and he did a phenomenal job. All new interior paint, new carpet and general cleaning were the biggest issues plus numerous other small things. Would highly recommend for any project, large or small.
