Great Tanning Salon! – Lakewood Desert Sun is my favorite tanning salon, they are friendly, and provide great service. They also have all the newest tanning equipment (spray tanning, versa, mystic) and a wide selection of lotion. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice tanning facility, that is looking to walk in and get fast great service.

Best Tanning Salon Around – I have been going to lakewood desert sun for over 3 years now, year round. the ENTIRE staff they have are just super! It makes my day to go in and see Sam, Katy, and all the other faces. The energy there is positive, happy, and they are very clean. Terrible customer service – My Daughter tans there.(used to)-I did her a favor and paid her account up because she was low on money.Next thing you know my bank account is being charged $60.00 a month without my permission.I called and was told I have to come in?You can take my money without seeing me but you cant stop it.I am dfisabled and cannot go in whenever I want.Cant drive.Lied to,treated terrible,and nobody will even call me back.DONT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING.What ever happened to honest businessmen?

Great Place – Great place...the girls are always super friendly and helpful, beds are ready on time, and even as a walk-in I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I also had the same great experience at the Northgate location (I understand they are both owned by the same person).

Awesome Salon, TERRIBLE Management/Customer Service – Why is it so hard to find decent customer service in a tanning salon?! I had previously tanned at this location and was always pleased with the service; however, about a year ago I stopped going as the staff was always unpleasant and was quite rude if you did not want to buy from them. Worst Customer Service EVER – I signed up for a monthly package, not only did Desert Sun overcharge my account, when I called to question the charges on April 6th at 4pm, the girl that answered the phone "thought" she put me on hold and I heard her calling me (the customer) names and direct quote "If this person calls back one more f*&%n time, I swear to god, I will..... Complaint – I purchased 10 medium pressure tans from the Milton Desert Sun Tanning. In the past customers could use the tans at any Desert Sun Tanning location. The policy changed, and I was not informed of this fact by the sales associate. The owner and the manager refuse to return my numerous phone calls and the sales associates refuse to refund my money even though the policy change was not disclosed to me. I all want is a refund, and yet the staff declines my request.
