This company is unethical and robbing the consumer blind – This company is robbing you blind. They are not allowed to put expiration dates on tanning packages. It is against the law. I contacted the Washington State Legislature and tanning packages are the same thing as a gift card because money was paid in exchange for the package they CANNOT EXPIRE!!! Desert Sun is stealing thousands of dollars from you!!! QUIT GOING!!

No longer A customer – I used to go to desert Sun religiously because of the convienant location. But because now they require a membership in order to get any tanning package i will no longer go. The membership takes the cost directly out of your account. I can only imagine the billing headache that would come when ever i tried to change my plan to fit my hecktic lifestyle. Not paying for a "membership" – I used to go to Desert Sun because it was in my building and super easy. It wasn't the cleanest of nicest tanning salon, but it worked. Now they've converted to this "membership" style where just like a gym I have to let them take money out of my account on a monthly basis. If this weren't stupid enough, thier prices are crazy expensive and the staff has gone really downhill.
