ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS- No support when they over bill you and they only give In-store credit. The employees here are under staffed and over worked- especially uneducated regarding account management intentionally I feel- Consequently I was billed even tho I asked to freeze my account like they recommended. YOU MUST SIGN A PAPER which they didn’t have me do only said everything was “good to go” and I was billed a full month I didn’t want. RecommendedI've been going to Desert Sun in Woodinville since 2004.....always friendly and helpful customer service! I was in there today and one of the young ladies working there, Ally, who is always smiling, friendly and welcoming, dealt with a rude customer with a smile on her face and with a professional helpful tone. This woman continued to be rude to Ally while other customers were in the shop. You can’t fix rude...Hats off to you Ally, you handled that like a gem! Jen Lindquist

RecommendedSuper educated and informed staff. The photo facials are life! They have done wonders for my skin, especially my eczema. I come here daily for my spa suite and enjoy every minute of it. Couldn't recommend more!
