I love this location! The girl upfront is always so nice and helpful when needed. Never had to wait for someone to show up or leave because no one showed up for their shift!
The woman I talked to on the phone was not friendly or kind at all. She gave me approximates for pricing and sounded annoyed by the entire conversation, which was me just inquiring about their services and pricing as a potential new customer. She literally answered saying “Desert Sun, what do you need?”. Steer clear from them unless you manage to get someone else who cares about their business on the phone, as I will not be inquiring further based on that single conversation.
Great location with great staff. I feel so relaxed at this location. Sophia and Grace are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. My job is so stressful and my days are long. The red light therapy and wellness pod help me tremendously. Thank you so much!
Most of the staff are great! But the night time staff need frequent reminders of the bed you want to get in; and do not clean them well. The last few times I went were terrible because I was not able to get into my next bed I was waiting for, and the beds I went in, all felt like lotion or possibly not cleaned at all. I cancelled because of this.
Yesterday I went for red light therapy and loved it. I have been researching the amazing benefits of red light therapy for a while now. As a native Texan, I don’t do well at all in this rainy, cold climate. And the last few weeks of rain have made me think that maybe all along my body has been starved for light and that is why I have such a hard time here Gig Harbor.
