I purchased one month of red light sessions during a promotional period. At the time if purchase I explained that I wouldn't be able to begin the sessions until after the holiday season due to my work schedule and was assured that the month would not begin until I began the red light sessions. When I go to set my fist appointment I'm told the month has already been used up, despite the fact that I didn't go to a single red light session. They didn't offer a refund or any resolution for their mistake. I'm extremely disappoint... read more
