This place deserves zero stars. When something walks in looking for help, it shouldn't be unreasonable to expect the promised callback.
I reached out to Desert Sun counseling for support after intense mental spiraling. I gave them my contact number and was told someone would be in touch, but never received a call. As someone reaching out for mental health support, this was very disappointing and left me feeling overlooked. I understand that service can be busy but timely communication is important, especially when someone is struggling. I do hope in the future that improvements can be made to intake and follow up process in the future.
FINALLY found someplace I feel heard and safe and comfortable Bless and thank you
