I'm disappointed that as a long time customer we listened to the staff in the salon. We followed their recommendation and we requested our account be put on hold. After updating our account we were told we would not be charged, but to our amazement we continued to be billed and not put on hold. When went back to the salon, the same person acted as if that never happened and tried to sell me a new membership at a much higher rate, who does that? This was the best tanning experience that I have ever had!! There tanning beds were so cool, and the girls actually took the time to give me a tour and explain all the different beds to me and then helped make a package that was perfect for me! They were also very resonably priced and made me feel right at home!!!
I have been tanning for a few years now and I have never had such a great experience at a tanning salon! The girls working there were so nice and actually knew a lot about tanning and their products. They were very personable and friendly. The whole salon was extremely modern and clean. The beds there were amazing; I could actually tell I was getting a good tan!
