First of all, almost all of the employees this company used were trainees with very little experience, and the cleaning results were extremely poor. However, at the time the owner seemed to have a good attitude, and I felt they deserved more opportunities. Because of that, I personally met with the owner two years ago and arranged regular hood cleaning services for both of our restaurants, including agreed pricing for each service. Fire safety is one area you do not want to slack off on. This company is, to the upmost degree , quick, professional, and qualified for all your fire prevention needs. I will continue to use them for my business here in the great state of Arizona!!

We have always had an excellent experience with Desert State Fire. we have used them for many years. The tech was prompt and professional. They always update me on any changes to the fire code that may impact my compliance. Their prices are quite reasonable and they are easy to work with. Their office staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. I would highly recommend using Desert State Fire for any fire protection needs.
