Desert State Air was great to work with. They gave you information about what needed to be done were up front with their pricing. They were on time and they were very professional. I'm very happy with my new unit
Last year we needed to replace two Trane units. We found Desert State Air to be honest in that they did not try to sell us larger units than necessary for our 2300 sf home. We have a dual system with different size requirements. They are reliable and, most importantly, honest.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but after this experience I feel like I have to. This is the second time our AC has gone out in the last week. They fixed it the first time and that same day it went out again. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. They took our AC’s motherboard on Monday and told us the replacement part would be in and installed by Thursday. It is now Thursday, and we’ve had zero communication. Sandy and Mike and Javier and team were five star all the way. You don't see service like this anywhere. They removed my old dog 20 year old HVAC system and replaced it with a new system at a great price. This was all done within 24hrs from first contact. I would recommend them highly 5 star all the way.......

They were able to get us scheduled for a same-day appointment when our upstairs AC suddenly stopped working, which was such a relief in the Arizona heat.
