Had a new system installed by Javier and John from Desert State Air and couldn’t be happier with the experience. These two were hardworking from start to finish — professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to have around. You could tell they took pride in their work. The install went smoothly and they made sure everything was done right before they left. If you get Javier and John on your job, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend Desert State Air!
We’re very disappointed with our experience. We continue to have the same HVAC issue despite two service visits, and the problem was never resolved. My husband called on January 28th to follow up and was offered additional services at a "special" rate, which we declined since the original issue was still ongoing. He then requested service documentation via email so we could pursue a warranty claim through our builder and/ or attempt to sell, but never received a response. Mike, Javier & team worked with our chaotic removal/install schedule and installed everything in a timely manner. We had a small leak post install that was fixed immediately. 10/10 would trust these guys with my future HVAC needs.
