My son bought his 1 1/2 years ago. Well exactly a year in the try inspector came the RAIN!! The roof leaked, the microwave is shot to hell, the air conditioning is shot had to pay to have it replaced. The rock wall after worker building the house next door hit it and broke it the repair job was crappy and is falling apart. We need to repair ourselves . Just closed on my 1/2 million dollar thoughtful series home and the 1st time my wife tries to take a shower there is little to no pressure in the master tube and shower, I reach out to the warranty department as directed by my realtor to place a work order for the issue. The time they said to look into the issue is 6 days because they don’t work weekends. I requested a call back from supervisor to discuss further once given a call back by supervisor I was given a lesson on how plumbing works, however thank you for the lesson... read more
You do not want to live in desert views HOA. They will allow fences of any quality to be erected and not do anything but the ugly side of the fence facing your property. I can’t wait until people that bought the Uber expensive new thoughtful houses to start erecting bright orange fences with the ugly side facing neighbors. Dana property is worthless, rude and caught in numerous lies. Don’t expect any help from them.
