It has been a pleasure doing business with Desert View Homes. They are always responsive, reliable, and easy to work with.
Just closed on my 1/2 million dollar thoughtful series home and the 1st time my wife tries to take a shower there is little to no pressure in the master tube and shower, I reach out to the warranty department as directed by my realtor to place a work order for the issue. The time they said to look into the issue is 6 days because they don’t work weekends. You do not want to live in desert views HOA. They will allow fences of any quality to be erected and not do anything but the ugly side of the fence facing your property. I can’t wait until people that bought the Uber expensive new thoughtful houses to start erecting bright orange fences with the ugly side facing neighbors. Dana property is worthless, rude and caught in numerous lies. Don’t expect any help from them.
