I spent $7000 on a transmission only to have it ren out of oil before 3000 miles. He screwed up the warranty and now I have no vehicle

Great experience! Hes always very friendly with me. Only issue is sometimes it may take an extra day or two. But I feel it's worth it for the customer service.

I contacted Doug because I was having issues with getting my car to start. He arrived at my house to turn the key and tell me I needed to get it "running" first before he can help me. He never even popped the hood, try to jump start it or offer any suggestions on the issue. Not to mention he was rude and treated me like I was stupid. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!!!

Reached out to a man named Doug. Right from the start he had a very arrogant and derogatory attitude .Treated me as if i was mentally handicapped. When i asked questions he got an attitude and basically just left me hanging. Avoid this place if you need any real work done or just want to be respected as a customer .
