We did a 15 mile round trip mountain bike tour with Billy and it was awesome! We got lucky with great weather and conditions for riding. I rented a bike/helmet and the equipment was in perfect condition. The coolest part for me was being able to explore abandoned mines at the end of the trail. Billy made sure to educate us on the history of big bend state park and explain technical spots on the trail that might take a little extra caution. We did a canoe full day ride to the hot springs area, with a family of 10. 3 kids ages 5,7,7 and they all did great and had a blast. The kids had a paddle in the front which kept them entertained. No one flipped over! We had a great break in the middle of the float with a wonderful lunch that Zach had ready for us after we swam in the river and the hot springs. My son and I stopped by for some mountain bike parts and nutrition on our trip to the state park and Lajitas airport trails. They had everything we needed and more. The folks here were knowledgeable and great to speak with. Highly recommend!

Billy and Zach were wonderful to have as guides on our trip on the Rio Grande. Zach prepared a scrumptious lunch and Billy gave all the information and history on the area. We hope to come back to do a guide in the canyon someday!
