Sherri was professional and quite knowledgeable. She communicated very well pre-appointment, during the treatment and post appointment. I look forward to my next visit with her.
I had an appointment scheduled for 7:15pm. I was running a little late because I got off work late. I texted Sherri in advance and let her know I was running late due to getting off work late at even gave her my ETA (which was less than 10 minutes after my appointment time). I texted her this at 7:00pm. The website says that appointments will be held for 15 minutes if running late , but she responded to my text saying “I’m not inclined to stay any later today” at 7:17pm. I had such an amazing experience here. Went in for a custom facial a couple days before my birthday and it rocked. I've had a facial before elsewhere, but I really don't remember enjoying it this much. Sherri is professional, great to talk to, and keeps her space very clean. The service was custom tailored to my skin needs are and my face has seriously never felt better. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.
