Very unprofessional! Had to reschedule my appointment which was not received well by Sheri. She has a very brusque and unfriendly attitude. Would not recommend!
I had my first facial with Sheri a few days ago and I think it’s the best facial I’ve ever had! Sheri explained everything she was doing and after seeing my skin, made recommendations for future care. I will definitely be coming back!

Sherri was professional and quite knowledgeable. She communicated very well pre-appointment, during the treatment and post appointment. I look forward to my next visit with her.
I had an appointment scheduled for 7:15pm. I was running a little late because I got off work late. I texted Sherri in advance and let her know I was running late due to getting off work late at even gave her my ETA (which was less than 10 minutes after my appointment time). I texted her this at 7:00pm. The website says that appointments will be held for 15 minutes if running late , but she responded to my text saying “I’m not inclined to stay any later today” at 7:17pm.
