All they care about is scheduling Separate appointments to get money from insurance and getting your copayment. The Front desk personnel that I have had to deal with has no common sense and no good communication. I liked DR. Sherry Call but twice my prescription wasn’t sent in. She dropped the ball on me big time! I needed antibiotics before I went on a trip to Hawaii for my BIRTHDAY! Antibiotics equals no drinking! She didn’t put in the prescription in the timely manner. Nicolette was the who delivered my baby and I loved my experience with her! She was so caring and listened to all of my concerns she’s super sweet and welcoming and likes to make sure you’re comfortable! I was scared to give birth but she made me feel comfortable and was so encouraging! She wasn’t on call but she willingly came to the hospital just to deliver my baby! Which I appreciated so much she knew how much it meant to me for her to be the one to deliver my baby! I would definitely recommend Desert sky and Nicolette!
Care was mediocre at best. I moved out of state and when I requested they send my medical records, they said they would try but couldn't make any guarantees. I am 34 weeks pregnant and unable to establish care at my new OB until they send records. I've requested them, my new OB office has requested them, and still they refuse to send anything, always saying "We will try and get it done" or "We'll see what we can do."
