Nice Apartments.
We've lived here for years and never had a problem. Staff is very friendly and all of our neighbors are great.
I feel like these apartments are the biggest bang for your buck that you will find in San Angelo! Their prices are unbeatable and the apartment itself is pretty nice. Especially if you can get into one of their upstairs/downstairs townhomes. There is definitely a good reason why their applicant waiting list is 6-8 months. Great location right off the loop and next to the mall.

Great apartments. Pretty nice location as well. Parking could be better but it’s manageable. Maintenance also is quick with their response and they effectively repair every single time. Had a problem with the app paying rent and called and spoke with the front office with my issue and holy mother of god Sonya couldn’t be a more unpleasant person if she tried. She should really brush up on her approach to tenants with real issues. Hung up in my face. And was extremely difficult to explain my issue to her. Def played a factor ... read more
