We just completed a major reno. Desert Shades helped us select and then install outdoor power shades in our new pergola and 14 new powered shades inside. The results are wonderful. Like any project a couple of unexpected things came up. When anything needed sorting out their team took excellent care of us, and the customer service is first class. If you want a quality product and professional installation go with this company! We are very glad we did.
EXCELLENT WORK!!! Great guys, Tony, Tom and Russ. They aim for perfection and didn't disappoint. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and attention to detail. Tom even returned to hand paint the silver sheet metal screws to match the aluminum trim color (hand mixed the paint color himself)..... If you want an extremely professional shade company, look no further, Desert Shades is the only place to go.
I have had my exterior shades for about a week now and the entire patio has been transformed. It is now like an additional room. The shades not only filter out the bright sun, but also the wind and a substantial amount of noise. Chris and his crew were very attentive and professional. I couldn’t be happier.
