After receiving quotes from a couple of other companies I chose Desert Sands for my underlayment replacement project. They were not the most expensive nor the least expensive but their price was all inclusive, with no added costs if something was found after the fact. They removed my solar panels (I have 36 so that does affect the overall cost but it was included), removed all of the old underlayment and replaced it with 2 layers of 40 pound paper, new flashing and reinstalled the panels over a 5 day period. This is the 2nd time we have used Desert Sands and they did not disappoint! As with our first time, Renee explained everything and kept in contact throughout the process. The crew showed up on time each morning, worked diligently all day and left the yard clean each evening. The price was on point and very fair.
