Desert Sands did a great job giving me a new roof. The communication between the office and myself was fabulous. When , I apologized for making a second phone call about the same thing. I was told that I could call as many times as I wanted.. The project manager stopped in every day to see how I felt about how things were going. After the job was finished, he walked with me around the house and made sure that I was happy about everything. We loved these roofers, they’re fast cleaned up afterwards & Courtney in the office was a delight to work with & the sales representative, Oscar, was knowledgeable, helpful, answered all our questions and no immediate pressure to sign with them. We are very happy with our roofing job!
Desert Sands Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. From our initial contact with Courtney, to Oscar’s inspection and quote, to meeting Rene and Roger, the job was done with precision and care. Their crew worked in the heat from 6:30 to 5:00, always cleaning up before they left. We appreciated the fact that we only had to deal with one company for the roofing and solar. A great company!!
Desert Sands did amazing work! They installed our new roof in less than a week. They were timely, professionally, on time and provided great customer service. Highly recommend this company. Oscar is the best!
