The therapist here are great and really care. The office is clean and the front receptionist girls are kind.
#1 impossible to reach anyone over the phone. #2 They did not actually care to help my daughter as I kept having to make appts for my daughter at the counter. And I wondered what would happen if I didn’t put forth the effort, and sure enough her therapist nor the front desk ever called to schedule follow ups, I have never heard from them again. train your staff to know all policies and procedures. if the building isn't accepting new patients, tell the receptionist that. nobody should be calling people back if they aren't aware of what the clinic's procedures are. you never know what someone is going through- a place seen as a last hope for someone should be a bit more compassionate- but honestly, it's all about how you get paid, right? warning to my fellow military/ tricare families.
