Waited a hour past my appointment before I was even taken back to exam rooms. Then waited 30 minutes before she ever came in for the exam! Then Melanie took longer to fill out paperwork than she did for the exam! Not a good way to start at a small town clinic!!!!!
I was able to get in quickly. The staff was friendly and the Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable and cared about her patients. They have a pharmacy right on site and the pharmacist was very friendly and efficient at his job. The wait time was long but this was my first time here so idk if that's normal or not.
Great guy! Easy to work with!!
