The customer service alone was worth repeat business. Not to mention the incredible RV they sold us. Hands down the best experience we could have asked.
Traded in my bumper pull Toy Hauler for 5th Wheel Toy Hauler and Jeff and the guys at Desert RV went above and beyond. Hector was such a great salesman to work with. The service department got my new Toy Hauler serviced and ready in record time. I couldn’t be happier with their services and professionalism. They take care of you and make sure you have a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
I decided to put trailer brakes on my tow vehicle and chose Desert RV to do the job. From beginning to end the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The job was completed within the predicted time frame, and Jason took the time to explain how trailer brakes work. I will definitely return when I need more work done.
The staff are outstanding. They really care about the customer and ensure everything is perfect. They went above and beyond from start to finish. Troy went out of his way to ensure the best deal and made it happen quickly. Bama is extremely knowledgeable and made sure I knew every bit of the trailer in detail. And, Jeff is pretty cool, too. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone and everyone. As cliche as it sounds, they really are the best.
Very helpful with answering questions, but they dont service Super-C. Mostly service, toy hauler and 5th wheels
