Not very nice over the phone and they kind of had an attitude. Not a good way to get business.
I was quoted a price on the phone. I accepted the "best price" for a nice limo for 10 ppl. All was fine...until i asked for details about what kind of vehicle (make, model, etc) was gonna pick us up. I asked for a car ID (plate #) to ensure we were picked up with by the car we selected and paid for. Neil (guy taking my reservation), puts me on a hold for 3 minutes, comes back to tell me "it was just booked out". NONSENSE. We hired Desert Rose on the recommendation from our wedding planner and it was a great decision. They kept us and our wedding planner informed every step of the way. There was always someone there to answer all of our questions and concerns. We hired them for transportation to and from our welcome dinner as well as our wedding ceremony/reception. One of the Best limousine companies I have ever dealt with. From the first call talking with Anthony to our driver Robert, It was the smoothest transaction I have ever done. Not only were their prices amazing but the Mercedes Benz sprinter bus was immaculate. Don't waste your time with anybody else for transportation needs, just call Desert Rose.
