Russ was very thoughtful and helpful to our family driving us to and from the funeral home where we said goodbye to our mother today. He made sure he had a contact person in our party so he was ready when we were. And he was so kind in helping us to exit the limo he drove because all of girls are over 60.
Chauffeur Russ was a tremendous help! He was always early, friendly, and assisted with all the last minute adjustments we requested. He ensured all passengers were accounted for and seems like a great guy!
Russ took me back from an appointment I had and he was a great guy. He was very nice and very professional.

Russ is as good as it gets! Incredible person that made a 3-4 hour drive feel like nothing. Even when we realized we needed to change our destination address mid-drive, he was super understanding and made the whole experience amazing!
