I had the pleasure of riding with Russ during a challenging travel day when my flight into Phoenix was delayed and I landed right in the middle of a sandstorm. We had a pleasure of working with driver Russ and he was an exceptional driver. He is very friendly and made our 4 hour drive very enjoyable. We would absolutely love to have him drive us again . 10/10 I cannot think of any simple complaint.
We were picked up at Phoenix airport and driven to snowflake. We had an amazing driver by the name of Russ Cummings. He arrived early, met us inside the airport and assisted with luggage and an elderly person in a wheelchair. Russ is very knowledgeable about Arizona and all the different species of cacti. He also knew the history of many of the towns we drove through. Russ is pleasant and thoughtful!
