We had a great experience with the company as a whole. Russ went above and beyond for our group when he didn’t have to, he made it such a seamless experience. Booking our reservations through Reid was also made exceptionally easy and seamless with his quick response time and helped us get just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend and ask for Russ as your driver!
I recently had a fantastic experience with Russ as my driver. He's been my driver previously and provides EXCEPTIONAL service each and every time. Such a personable man, friendly, and does his best to go above and beyond whenever possible. With as many guests that he transports on a daily basis, he surprised me by remembering me from months earlier! Next time I'm in AZ, I'll be crossing my fingers I'm lucky enough to get him as my driver again!
