I have been a patient here for a little over 3 months now and I must say! YOUR FRONT OFFICE CHECK OUT LADY IS RUDE!!! I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, and I rarely write posts like this. However, my recent experience at this office left me shocked and frankly disappointed- not by the dental care itself, Dr. Rainwater and the young assistant were great, but by the conduct of the office manager, who demonstrated an unacceptable lack of professionalism and respect.
