I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received. Upon arrival, my greeting was ignored, and the staff member assisted me with a very condescending attitude. Furthermore, she began shouting at other workers while I was mid-sentence, showing a complete lack of respect for the customer. Due to this 'lady’s' unprofessionalism, I chose to take my business elsewhere.
