Must have called them several times, they don't answer and they probably never will. I mean, I went over to their place and the place was fine for whatever it was worth but I put in an app to see if they would accept and that hasn't done me any good. Waste of time.

Unprofessional and Unresponsive – Avoid This Agency! I applied for a rental property through this agency and paid the application fee. However, they never responded to my application for over a week—no approval, no rejection, nothing. My previous lease was ending, so I had no choice but to move forward with another rental. Despite their complete lack of response, they also refused to refund my application fee. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend this agency at all!

She showed me a house In 2016 and there were 6ft plus tall weeds in the backyard and the house was a disaster. Very unprofessional and dirty company to represent homes for future tenants.
