I went into the ER twice this past week. The first day I went in with GI issues and they brushed off my symptoms and misdiagnosed me with a UTI. I then called my doctor the day after and he believed it was a misdiagnosis as well. The day after that I was having rapid heart rate, chest pain, dizziness and shaking. They looked at me like I was crazy for going in for that. I talked to several doctors that day. As a former medical professional, I do not even know where to begin in describing how bad this place is. The staff is inept, condescending and disinterested. No one knows what is going on, and you feel like you entered some strange parallel reality. They talk loudly about the patients and confidential details about their medical data, therefore violating HIPAA law. The security guard, Brendan or something, is very high strung and treats patients with disrespect. Staff members are idly sitting around as if it's a leisurely re... read more

If you're loved one is here, get them out as soon as you can. The lack of care at this hospital is horrendous. When you press the button for help you get the rudest lady that answers, and I mean she is RUDE. I do not know why they still have this person employed. Everyone has the attitude that your bothering them from the rude lady that answers your call button, to even the nurses and nurses helpers. Very unfriendly place.
