I arrived here with my sister who was presenting with hematemesis, vertigo, and shivering. Ultimately was told to wait hours for a simple ultrasound and was refused discharge paperwork upon departure, which was unprofessionally enforced by Kathy W, a front desk personnel. She was the first to raise her voice at us, when we simply wanted answers.
Unbelievably small waiting room, you have to wait out in the heat if its packed unbelievable You would think having a hospital this size they would have a larger emergency room
I cut my tip of my finger off and they gave me a Band-Aid. I’d rather die than come here again.
By far one of the best hospitals. The care and dedication was a top priority. ICU thank you!
