19th Ave Desert Rat, first stop, had a level kit installed, replacing all shocks & it looks & feels tight! Second stop, had a cat-back exhaust installed & had the guys search out a clunking noise. Now mind you, two dealerships couldn't find the noise, but Troy & Alex were persistent & up for the challenge. It was a broken motor mount, and even though they can't replace that, it gave me closure to get this repaired. Great customer service, knowledgeable & friendly staff. Thanks guys!
I was super impressed with Barry and his "wire guru"—both extremely polite and professional. Communication was excellent, and Barry went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what was needed. I would gladly go back.

Highly disappointed. I brought my Toyota 4Runner to them to have it level and paid a lot of money for them to do so and it's not level. Also ordered a skid plate. It's been a couple of months nobody's ever called to tell me to bring my truck in so they could install just tells me how they run their business. Most people would follow up with customers and make sure the customer got everything they needed and were happy with the work they performed but no.. seems like if you want anything done right these days you got to do it... read more
