My wife and i are traveling this summer. We had problems with our travel trailer propane oven,frig we called 200 miles away and told the owner Roy our problem and we would be in the area in the afternoon could you possibly look at our problem ? To our surprise he said yes bring it in. His son Adam came out to ask in detail our problem with the trailer. He did a elimination process and explained as i looked over his shoulder. Had a satellite installed last year. DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO A DOME WINEGARD ROADTRIP SATELLITE IF YOU HAVE DISH NETWORK. Also with the recent inspection of a highly recommend satellite company(i will not name names) but we have never was able to get our connection right with the satellite that's because these domes work better with direct TV, even after a new replacement, if they even replaced it. The service here was terrible. The main tech that worked on my RV's generator, Matt, was incredibly rude and condescending. Whenever I asked him a question he would walk away mumbling under his breath. I would then ask him to repeat what he had said and he'd stop abruptly, turn around and in a very loud, annoyed tone of voice, explain in unclear terms what the problem was.
