Dealing with lack of communication? It’s probably because the property manager Catie Jennings is spending her time on calling residents jobs/ corporate offices trying to get them in trouble. The office staff is always so friendly!
First off I would give negative stars if it were possible. The problems are endless, from when we moved in there were broken faceplates and window shades. The MANDATORY cable didn't work due to bad wiring and the car company tried to charge me $60 for a tech to make my cable sort of work. Then the STAFF some of the rudest unprofessional people I have met in my life, the manager threatened to call the police after I had come to ask why my water bill was $62!!!!! I have lived at this place for almost three years now and I love it. I haven't had any problems. They are up Under New Management but the management seems to know what they are doing and I like them. They are very friendly people.
