I lived there and they have bad managers who don't know what they are doing, the managers drink on the job. The office is never open due to office manager sitting at slot games in 7/11. No maintenance work is ever done on units and the crime is bad in there. The owner does not do anything for his tenants and he does not listen to his tenant's complaints about the people he has running the park.
