This is my eighth year.The first yr. that I moved in was fine after that dont ask.Be prepared for paper thin walls,no pool furniture, people parking in such a way that you are blocked in,loud music from apartments and cars,tires pealing out thats just a few of the things that have taken place.On a good note.They have 2 bdr 2 bth and 3 bdr 2 bth.The units are a very spacious.The kitchens ok but not the best.The utilities electric City of Mesa you pay.Ask for your apartment to be treated for bugs and the carpets cleaned before... read more
