Love this place. They are always friendly and I can typically walk in with no wait. Did a great job on the Halloween nails that I wanted. Can’t wait to go back.
Andy did a great job shaping my nails but the manager there is so rude. She charged me $5 for removing the gel off of three toes with their grinding tool and I suggested they let me know next time in a very calm respectful, tone. She rolled her eyes at me like a teenager. Super rude when we go to the nail salon to relax. Bummer because I live right down the street and would have liked to have a decent nail salon near by, but will not be returning. Told her she should be nicer to her customers. Always had a good experience at this place.
This is the best nail salon in Surprise. Everyone does an amazing job on nails and they specifically do amazing pedicures, even the basic pedi package they use hot stones and massage you. My favorite place!
