Stop buying thousands of email addresses and spamming them from a gmail address. Do you understand most businesses have cleaning built into their lease? I get dozens of these unsolicited spam emails from gmail addresses trying to bid on janitorial services each month. Do you all buy your lists from the same place? It's not working, stop.
