We purchased a Pulte Home in November 2022. It has been 1 year since we moved in and our very happy with our experience.
Pulte no-showed on our scheduled 1yr inspection of our new purchase. Pulte ghosted us for the 1st days with no callbacks after initial contact made. Finally was able to reschedule and resolve but the experience was not very assuring.
Good quality! We bought our new house here in December 2022. Very pleasant stay so far! Thanks
Bought a Pulte home 2008 in the White Tanks there is a design flaw in the roofing which of course guarantees expires 10 yrs I have a major water leak from the the roof insurance doesn't cover due to design flaw can't afford to fix the roof several homes in this neighborhood have had the same problem. Pulte does not stand behind the homes they build will not fix their problems. This leaking roof will happen everytime it rains
