I paid for the full package and I did not get the complete package because the woman that was working on my feet, the owner rushed her off to do another client that had an appointment. Yes I was a walk-in but I paid for $69 package for my feet and I didn't get the full package. I asked your owner what's going on and she said because I didn't make an appointment . I said well I'm a paying customer too. I refuse to go back
