The staff was very courteous and polite. The check-in process was quick, and the doctor was highly professional, conducting a thorough eye exam and explaining everything clearly. The office was clean and offered a wide selection of affordable eyewear from various name brands, and they also make prescription glasses in-store.
Dr. Pacheco is super amazing! She’s friendly and very welcoming. Staff was great as well. Glasses are expensive- when I asked for a breakdown of the total costs, there were ‘optional’ add-ons (like scratch resistant and anti-glare coating) that they said their system, “could not be take off.” I mean at $16 and $26 respectively, I wanted it, but still- you feel like you’re sitting with a closer at check out.
Everyone is super professional and friendly. Also very thorough. I had an excellent experience.
