Contacted them on a Friday and they said that my glass was expected to arrive the following Thursday. Thursday came and went....then another Thursday... Damien said that shipping is a "nightmare" and now two weeks later when I tried to contact Damien he doesn't answer my texts. I called my insurance company and chose another windshield replacement company. Talked to them and they will be out Monday morning.
They took care of me on the same day I called. Here on vacation on a holiday weekend and Safelite couldn’t get me in until after the holiday. So glad I went with this local business and I didn’t even need to be with the car when they fixed it. I Didn’t have to put any of my vacation fun on hold because of them and now I will make it home on schedule. You guys rock!!! The whole Process working with you was so easy and very professional!
