I booked a room through Booking.com for 2 nights. I could not even sleep the first night there were cockroaches literally climbing the walls the stains on the bed were disgusting the towels look like they were used in a machine shop and washed there were blood stains on the sheets it look like dogs Peed four times on the bedspread it was absolutely disgusting needless to say I got no sleep I left in the morning handing the key to the owner. We book here online trying to just get a few hours sleep while traveling across country. We got to the hotel at 3:00 AM and a sign said ring the bell for service 24/7. Well we stood there for thirty minutes ringing that bell and no one ever came to the door. So we called the online booking agency and they tried calling twice but no answer. Do not stay at this hotel. Read the online reviews first. I attempted to check in on Sept 26th but immediately found bedbugs with bloodstained sheets. No refund since I paid cash - even with a visit by San Bernadino Co sheriff (who stated they made many calls at this location for thus reason). The owner is a shockingly unapologetic liar and a con man. Refused to give the sheriff his name, the owners name, and even began to lose his English during the interview - just a crook.
